If this is reproducible, please add a backtrace for the crash. For more

Dear Christoph

After an update of my Ubuntu operative system the crash did no longer occur.

Nevertheless thank you for your efforts.

With kind regards

How to create useful crash reports. A good crash report at Bugzilla consists of
two parts: a description of how to reproduce the crash and a backtrace of the
crash. With one of those elements missing, it is much harder (if not
impossible) for developers to tackle the problem.

If you are using a version older than 17.12, please also test kdenlive Appimage
from https://kdenlive.org/download/

Debian-testing and Debian-unstable offer the latest version: sudo apt-get
install kdenlive. Unfortunately users of Debian stable are still stuck with
0.9.10 which is unsupported.
